Biography: Ms. Shaima Al Muqaimi from Oman who lived and raised there. She have been working as staff nurse since 2007. She worked in Obstetric ward and then obtained her specialty in Midwifery. She followed her passion in developing herself and got BSN from Cardiff university. Moreover, she worked as clinical facilitator in her respected hospital ( Khoula Hospital, Oman). After working as clinical facilitator , and leading the team. She obtained her MSc from Queens Belfast University in March 2021. A dissertation submitted which she got distinction. Her passion in teaching and leadership never stop. It derived her to work on herself and present several topics in local and national wise. Currently working as senior nurse leader ( Unit Nurse of Supportive Nursing services section). Member in several committee such as: Patient Safety Friendly Hospital and National Nursing Standard.
