Biography:
Neha is an established healthcare administrative professional specializing in healthcare quality and patient safety. She brings with her immense experience and industry knowledge to share with us.
With around 12 years in the healthcare field, Neha is currently working as Clinical Effectiveness Consultant IV at Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. There, she is leading the Reliability Coach Program, spearheading reducing readmissions for Heart failure, COPD and Pneumonia patients and working on reducing mortality. She is also a key person for ensuring continuous survey readiness so that the hospital passes the CDPH, CMS, and the Joint Commission Inspections.
Neha’s background is both extensive and impressive. She has also served as an Ambassador for the American Cancer Society (Silicon Valley) from March to July 2024. Her commitment to education is evident from her recent work in Vancouver, BC, where she hosted seminars to educate seniors on the importance of patient participation for improving overall healthcare quality. She was also a speaker at 13th World Healthcare, Hospital Management, Nursing, and Patient Safety Conference in 2023.
Academically, Neha holds a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from India, along with an MS in Healthcare Management from California State University, East Bay. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (U.S.) and a CSSGB Professional.
